Pyrolysis Technology
Pyrolysis is to provide insufficient combustion air into pyrolysis chamber and then achieve certain temperature
over 900 to pyrolyze in low oxygen environment.

Through the process including initial shredding, fine granulator and the special pelletizing technology into the
pyrolysis equipment with temperature over 900 degrees , it could be decomposed into bio charcoal and hydrogen
rich synthesis gas . The synthesis gas could be generated into energy after purifying and run through a special
generator

Pyrolysis Advantage
There are three positive products after pyrolysis which are better green energy:
1.During the processing of pyrolysis, because of high temperature and hypoxia, the materials will break down
into short chain organic gas and low levels of hydrogen. After purifying, those materials could produce
flammable gas which is able to generate and produce electric power.
2.After pyrolysis, the remaining material which is liquid tar and it could be fractionated into light oil.
3.The much pure carbon is one of the best materials for building additives or clay.

Waste Plastic Raw Materials

Depending on the composition of waste plastics, the oil yields from pyrolysis are also different. The oil yields of PP, PE, and PS are about 75%-90% of pyrolysis oil. (specific gravity 0.75-0.83).

The oil from waste car tires and waste plastic cracking can be refined after secondary refining to improve the quality of the cracked oil.
